The software
ArcPanel is free software under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later). It is provided without warranty, as the license states. The REST API v2 clients (the SDK, the arc command line tool and the agent skills) are under the MIT license. Your rights to use, change and share the software come from those licenses, not from this page.
The website
arcpanel.org is provided as it is, and its content may change at any time. Please do not overload the site, /install.sh or the package repository with automated mass requests.
Names and logos
You may use the name ArcPanel and its logo to refer to the project, but not in a way that suggests the project endorses you or your product.
cPanel, Plesk, aaPanel, CyberPanel, CloudPanel, HestiaCP and other product names belong to their owners. Comparisons on this site describe public facts on the date they show; if one is wrong or out of date, write to support@arcpanel.org and we will correct it.
Paid services
Support plans and one-time services are agreed in a written quote or agreement, which prevails over these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the maintainer is not liable for damage that comes from using this website or the software.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
