A free, open-source alternative to CloudPanel

ArcPanel is a free, open-source control panel for Linux web servers. Next to PHP, Node.js and Docker apps it runs mail, DNS, databases, SSL and backups from one dashboard and one command line, and it lets resellers serve their own customers.

When CloudPanel is the better choice

  • Your servers are ARM64; ArcPanel installs on amd64 only for now.
  • You host sites for yourself only, and mail and DNS already live elsewhere.

When ArcPanel fits

  • You want mailboxes and DNS zones on the same server as the sites. See how
  • You sell hosting through resellers who run their own customers. See how
  • You want self-hosted tools from a Docker catalog next to your sites. See how
  • You want to read, change and share the source of your panel. See how

Moving from CloudPanel

ArcPanel installs on a fresh Debian or Ubuntu server and has no importer for CloudPanel. Create the sites on the new server, copy files and databases, then switch DNS.

We do not offer a migration from CloudPanel yet.

Questions

Does ArcPanel run on ARM64 servers?

Not yet. Packages are built for arm64, but the installer still stops on aarch64; amd64 is supported.

Can I keep mail on another service?

Yes. Mail is optional at install, and DNS records can point mail to any provider.

Can ArcPanel import a CloudPanel server?

Not yet. Install ArcPanel on a fresh server and move sites and databases yourself.
